Kirsten Dunst has been granted permanent protection against a man who she says is his property trespassed. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Richard E Rico prohibited Christopher R Smith, 25, from near the star of Spider-Man, his personal assistant and to work anywhere, the Associated Press reports..
